A Shared Walk Through Progress and Possibility
On 27 April 2023, the ongoing transformation of Z.P. School Lavhali reached an important moment of validation and dialogue, as the CSR partner team from Synechron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. visited the project site to review progress made under the repair and renovation initiative.
The Synechron team, led by Mr. Rafique Nadaf and Mr. Rajesh Agale, and accompanied by Mr. Radhakrishna Gaikwad, Mr. Ankush Shinde, Mr. Gajanan Tidke, and Mr. Khandu Salunkhe, joined Lakshya Foundation at the school premises.
Seeing the Change Take Shape
The visit allowed the Synechron team to witness, first-hand, the tangible progress achieved at Z.P. School Lavhali within a short span of time. What was once a fragile and demotivating structure was visibly evolving into a safer, brighter, and more dignified learning environment.
The team closely observed:
- structural repairs underway,
- improvements in classroom spaces,
- sanitation upgrades,
- and the overall direction in which the campus was being shaped.
They expressed genuine appreciation for the seriousness, speed, and quality of work being carried out, acknowledging the effort and attention invested by Lakshya Foundation and the school’s staff. Their response reaffirmed the strength of the partnership and the shared commitment to meaningful, ground-level impact.
Beyond Lavhali: Understanding the Larger Reality
Following the site visit, the Synechron team expressed curiosity about the broader educational landscape in tribal regions. Responding to this interest, the Lakshya Foundation team took them to visit other tribal Z.P. Primary Schools located in Washivali, Kuderan, Mhasa, and Vakalwadi.
These visits offered a broader perspective—showing that while Lavhali was on a path of transformation, many other schools and anganwadis in tribal villages continued to struggle with fragile infrastructure, inadequate facilities, and environments that quietly discouraged learning.
The Synechron team openly acknowledged that:
- the condition of educational infrastructure in these areas demands serious and sustained intervention,
- isolated improvements are not enough,
- and scalable, replicable models like Lavhali are essential for wider impact.
A Day of Alignment and Shared Vision
The day concluded not merely as a progress review, but as a shared reflection on responsibility and possibility. It reinforced a common understanding between Lakshya Foundation and Synechron Technologies—that transforming one school is important, but recognizing the magnitude of the challenge is what leads to long-term commitment.
For Lakshya Foundation, the visit strengthened confidence that Lavhali’s transformation could become a reference point for future collaborations.
For Synechron, it offered a grounded, unfiltered view of where CSR intervention can create the deepest and most lasting change.
27 April 2023 thus stands as a day when progress was acknowledged, realities were confronted, and a shared vision for the future of tribal education grew stronger.
